3 bedroom mews new house for sale

Grove House is a brand-new, standalone three-bedroom home with its own front door and the intimate feel of a private cottage in the heart of Notting Hill. Ossington Street was originally known as Victoria Grove, when its terraced cottages were built in the 1830s and Grove House reclaims that history. Impressive ceiling heights define the principal living floor, while the entire top floor is dedicated to the private principal bedroom suite. Grove House is a standalone three-bedroom house extending to approximately 1,597 sq ft, with its own private entrance directly from Ossington Street. Arranged over three floors, it offers the privacy and independence of a separate home, with air conditioning throughout and the exceptional design and specification of The Eleven. The first floor provides a generous open-plan reception and dining room with bespoke kitchen, with ceiling heights of up to three metres, three large sash windows facing west and a lightwell bringing further natural light into the space at the rear. The entire second floor is dedicated to the principal bedroom suite, creating a private retreat with a beautifully appointed, en suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms are arranged on the ground floor, alongside a shared en suite bathroom, guest cloakroom and utility room. A second lightwell brings additional natural light to this level. The interiors combine traditional architectural detailing with a refined contemporary finish, including bespoke wall panelling, engineered timber flooring and custom-designed staircases. The kitchen features bespoke cabinetry, quartz worktops and integrated appliances, while the bathrooms are finished in natural marble with underfloor heating and heated towel rails. Completed to a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard, Grove House combines considered design, comfort and energy efficiency. The property is offered with a Share of Freehold.
