What the owner says: We moved here some 30 years ago as the location and the accommodation provided us with everything we wanted and where we were able to run a successful Montessori school for 20 years. Since then we have enjoyed refurbishing the house as a large family home. We love the peace and quiet in our tranquil garden and enjoy sitting in our ‘viewing room' just watching the ever-changing sea views.
We can walk along the clifftop and down to the beaches or stroll into the town centre in a few minutes. Broadstairs includes excellent primary and secondary schools, independent shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, hair and beauty salons, a cinema, a theatre and a train station where the high speed train can take you to St Pancras in under an hour and a half.
