Architecture and interior

The house was built in the 1930s and has been well maintained and upgraded over the years. The pitched tiled roof is in good order and double glazing has been added to the windows to make it warm and more cost effective. The house presents itself modestly yet delivers an extraordinary lifestyle in an area of outstanding natural beauty and rural appeal.

A spacious and light filled kitchen with adjacent dining area or study has far reaching views across the Pett Level Preservation Trust land which is home to many birds and ruminating sheep. The kitchen houses a good range of cupboards, space for dishwasher, gas hob, oven and extractor fan. From the dining area is a utility room with shower and loo plus plumbing for a washing machine.

From the dining area the space opens out into a wonderful Living Room with views to the sea from two sides. Open fire. Double doors open to the rear garden which has uninterrupted views across Pett Level and is completely private. This space in turn leads to a lovely Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bath, loo and hand basin. The lie of the land means that you can lie in bed and see the sea.

Upstairs are another two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with a bath designed to allow the bather to enjoy the views from their bath. Both bedrooms have useful storage.

There is also a garage and additional parking space adjacent to it.
